1: Send an email to Janet through the contact page stating the desired image (A to G) and the name you'd like engraved. Also choose your desired colour theme. Please state any other details you require; timescales, unique images, particular deadlines.

Specific images or more elaborate designs may result in a price difference.

2: I will reply with the address to send the hair.

I will require a section of hair about 6inch (15cm) long and about the diameter of a pencil.

3: When the design has been agreed payment will be made by cheque or electronic transfer.

 

4: I will make the keepsake and post guaranteed within 5 working days.

A confirmation picture will be sent when its on its way.
